No Upload, No Liability

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we never handle or store your files.

As-Is Service

PDFAI is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect results for all PDF files.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDFAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDFAI provides a suite of browser-based PDF tools. All processing occurs entirely within your browser using WebAssembly technology. We do not host, store, or transmit your files to any server.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform
Not use the Service to process illegal or harmful content
Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by PDFAI and is protected under open-source licenses (AGPL-3.0). Your PDF files remain your intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PDF OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR ALL INPUT FILES.

6. Limitation of Liability

PDFAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. SINCE FILES ARE PROCESSED LOCALLY AND NOT STORED ON OUR SERVERS, WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO OR CONTROL OVER YOUR DOCUMENTS.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
